The Weeknd –“Belong to the World” Snippet & Kiss Land Release Date

The Weeknd is back with more news regarding the release of his major label debut album, Kiss Land (I don’t consider The Trilogy to be his true debut effort). The T-Dot artist has dropped a very brief snippet of a new song, entitled “Belong to the World,” which will be formally and fully released on July 16th. Judging from the short clip, the new track contains some abrasive and experimental sounds. I’m definitely excited to hear the full track in several days, but in the mean time Weeknd fans can get excited: the reported release date for Kiss Land is August 27th.

I’ve been listening to Abel‘s music since House of Balloons, and I am certainly a fan. With that said, by the end of his third installment in The Trilogy mixtape series I had grown a little tired off his music, so hopefully he brings some fresh new artistic visions on the album. Shout out to DDotOmen.com for the update.
